What happens when you come into Madison Prosthodontics for an appointment? You have a whole team who will be helping you in different and important ways and there’s one person who will be your valued partner in your treatment journey and that’s Ebony!

After your initial consultation and evaluation, Ebony will be there with you while Dr. Wiltz gives you a presentation of your treatment plan that includes his recommendations and explains to you exactly what your options are. As a patient, that moment may bring a lot to think about. When Dr. Wiltz has completed your presentation and answered your questions, Ebony is still there for you so you can take your time, discuss it further and ask any more questions.

If we are referring you to another medical provider for anything, she will call their office and set up the appointment for you.

She will answer not only your clinical questions, but your financial questions as well. In fact, Ebony is your main resource for managing the financial investment of your treatment. She will explain all treatment costs in detail for you including how many visits it will take. She will also go over financing options that we accept, like CareCredit and LendingClub explaining how they work and if they may be right for you.

Ebony truly does care about every single patient that walks through our door. She makes it her responsibility to help you feel comfortable, informed and in control of your own health. She feels it’s an honor to help you feel a sense of calm and get rid of any fears or doubts you may have had.
