Same Day Dental Implant
Carl didn’t mind his missing front tooth. He’d gotten used to it. But Carl’s wife was sick of looking at the hole in his mouth. After several failed attempts by his dentist to re-glue an old crown in place, she convinced him to see a prosthodontist.
Carl decided that if he was going to fix the problem, he wanted a dental implant; and he wanted to go to the best dental specialist to do the work — a prosthodontist. We were able to give him a same-day dental implant with a temporary crown that he could wear while the surrounding bone and soft tissue healed. A few months later, we changed that out with a permanent fixed tooth.
Carl loved the results because he was able to eat anything he wanted, even with the temporary crown. His wife just loved the way he smiled!
