A Struggle with Missing Teeth Ends in a Smile
“I want my front teeth fixed!
“Ever since I was a child, I have had dental problems. However, it wasn’t until my front bridge broke that I consistently had problems.
“One dentist tried to put a pin in a tooth and cement the same bridge back. That didn’t work and the bridge came back off. Another dentist attempted to put a mini implant in my mouth, and in the middle of the procedure just stopped what he was doing and told me that my bone was too soft and the mini implant didn’t take. He didn’t explain why… just left the room afterwards.
After all of these horrible experiences, I didn’t want to see just anybody. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. My friend told me that I needed to see a prosthodontist. I was referred to Dr. Wiltz. After he examined me, he gave me several options. I decided on a partial denture that snaps onto an implant, and it fits like a glove! I never thought I would be a candidate for an implant after that other dentist told me my bone was too soft. He surely was wrong!
